Our company, which operates within the scope of Reclassification and Export of Scrap Waste Materials, adopts the following principles as a policy within the scope of Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety management systems.
To comply with laws and regulations and sector requirements in every process of the business.

•    To raise awareness of our employees about the impacts they may have on quality, environment, occupational health and safety during their activities related to our processes and services, and to ensure their active participation and communication on issues related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety.

•    To develop processes to meet customer needs in the desired quality, first time, on time, in full, accurately and to ensure customer satisfaction and to ensure that our subcontractors and suppliers are involved in the quality, environment, occupational health and safety aspects related to our services and processes.

•    To identify the hazards that may arise in relation to occupational health and safety during the execution of our activities and to make the relevant risk assessments.

•    To continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our processes and services in order to achieve our quality, environmental, occupational health and safety objectives and our ultimate goals such as "Zero Defects", "Getting it Right the First Time", "Zero Work Accidents or Environmental Incidents".

•    To maintain the continuity of the quality of the services we receive from our suppliers and to improve their performance in quality, environment, and occupational health and safety issues.

•    We will provide a working environment that promotes safe and healthy working conditions for all employees, preventing accidents, incidents and occupational diseases.

•    To provide resources related to quality, environment, and occupational health and safety requirements and to carry out the necessary activities to optimize the use of these resources.

•    Ensuring their participation 'IN CONSULTATION WITH EMPLOYEES AND THEIR R E P R E S E N T A T I V E S ' within the framework of the standard requirements.

•    To define activities for the prevention of environmental pollution and waste management; to continuously improve environmental performance by monitoring the effectiveness of relevant practices.

•    To make it obligatory to take necessary corrective and preventive actions regarding environmental, occupational health and safety nonconformities, occupational accidents and occupational diseases, and environmental incidents.

•    To ensure that the objectives of quality, environment, occupational health and safety management systems are clearly communicated to all our employees.

The compliance, effectiveness and efficiency of all "Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems" are periodically reviewed by senior management and updated as part of our continuous improvement process.

This policy and objectives are most fundamental duty and sincere commitment of CRONIMET TURKEY METAL and all our employees.
